Cancellation & Fees

Notice of cancellation is required 24–48 hours in advance. Lock-outs or inability to access properties with active utilities (water/power) will result in a trip fee or service adjustment.

Safety & Liability

Trust Clean is fully insured. Technicians do not move furniture over 25 lbs or use ladders higher than 2 steps. We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing wear or improper installation.

Service Scope

We do not handle biohazards (human/animal waste, needles) or extreme hoarding. Our services focus on sanitization and dirt removal, not restoration of damaged surfaces.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Notify us within 24 hours of any service issues. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no cost. Refunds are not provided in lieu of a re-clean.
