Requirements

To be considered for a position at Trust Clean, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience in Canada.
• Legal to work in Canada.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate professionally.
• Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills.
• Must have a working smartphone with a good camera.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and company cleaning protocols.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and honest with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends if needed.

Desired Skills & Qualities

• Previous experience with Airbnb, move-in/move-out, or commercial cleaning.
• Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning techniques.
• Experience with professional cleaning tools and products.
• Problem-solving skills and initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
