1. Do I need to provide supplies or equipment for my scheduled cleaning service?

No, you do not need to worry about cleaning supplies and equipment. Our cleaners will bring all that is required to complete the job correctly. Also, the rate quoted typically includes cleaning supplies and equipment.

2. What method of payment is accepted, and what are your payment terms?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, and e-transfers, but payment terms vary depending on the service. For additional information on our payment terms, you can contact our customer service team at 778-302-9225, and we will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have.

3. Are your employees insured and bondable?

Yes, all employees must have a clear criminal background check and be bondable before being hired by our company. Besides, all of our employees are covered with general liability insurance. Insurance documents can be made available upon client request.

4. What types of services do you provide?

We render a wide range of commercial and residential services, including regular janitorial services, regular house cleaning, post construction/renovation cleaning, and move in/move out cleaning. Our objective is to provide a one-stop-shop solution to all our clients.

5. Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, it is always a pleasure for us to provide free estimates.

6. How long have you been in business?

We were established in 2017 by our founder, Pav Sekhon

7. Where is your office located?

All our bookings are made online or by calling, as we don’t have a physical office.

8. Do I need to be home for the cleaning service?

No. most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code.

9. Do I need a deep clean?

We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had a professional clean in the last few months.

10. Do you offer hourly services?

In some instances it may make sense to do an hourly service. We have a minimum of 3 hours when booking hourly services. This is generally reserved for very large homes or homes where we are only doing a couple of rooms or homes with a lot of clutter or dirt. Most of our services are priced flat – rated or by square footage.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice.

12. Are you a pet friendly service and do your cleaning teams use non-toxic or organic products?

We love animals as much as you do! Our teams are familiar with the proper treatment of dogs, cats and other pets. We also use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please make sure to request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you.

13. Are there any services you don’t offer?

While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean mold, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.
